Philippine Identification System

REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION

October 24 - 26, 2022

National ID Registration and Verification at the Colegio de San Bartolome de Novaliches (CSBN) of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Novaliches Educational System, Inc. (RCBNES), in collaboration with the Philippine Statistics Authority, and the Philippine Identification System. This will go on until Wednesday (October 26, 2022) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Parents, students, and other CSBN stakeholders are invited to register in order to get a National ID.

Just bring the following REQUIREMENTS.

For 17 yrs old and below 
- Passport or Birth Certificate (any of the ff: NSO, PSA, Certificate of Civil Registry)
- To be accompanied with an adult with 1 Valid ID (NOTE: with Middle Name and current address) 

For 18 yrs old and up
- 1 Valid ID (NOTE: with Middle Name and current address)
